  To get started, you’ll complete a short online intake that a licensed medical provider will review to determine whether GLP-1 treatment is appropriate for you.

• What kind of results can I expect?

  In clinical studies of FDA-approved GLP-1 medications, participants achieved an average of 12–15% weight loss at 6 months and up to 20% at 12 months when combined with a healthy diet and exercise. • Will my price increase if my dose goes up?

  No. Your medication price stays the same at every dose level. If your provider adjusts your dose during treatment, you won’t pay more simply because you move to a higher dose.

• Can I cancel? Are there membership fees?

  You can cancel anytime, with no long-term commitment. There are no hidden fees or separate monthly membership fees, so you know what your plan costs before you get started.

• Who is actually providing my care?

  Tyde is led by Dr. Kelly Kassick, DO, a board-certified family medicine physician and Tyde’s Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer. She leads Tyde’s clinical strategy and medical care, supported by a dedicated care team.

• Will I automatically be pushed to a higher dose?

  No. Your dose is not increased simply because you reach a certain point in your treatment.

  Your provider reviews how you’re responding, including your progress, side effects, goals, and how you feel at your current dose. Any dose adjustments are made based on your individual needs rather than an automatic escalation schedule.

• What kind of results can I expect?

  Results vary from person to person and depend on factors including the medication prescribed, dose, treatment duration, nutrition, activity, and your individual response.

  GLP-1 medications are designed to support weight loss alongside healthy lifestyle changes. Your Tyde care team will continue to review your progress and adjust your treatment plan when clinically appropriate.

• What if my weight loss slows down or I hit a plateau?

  A slowdown or plateau does not necessarily mean your medication has stopped working. Weight loss can change over time, and a plateau can be a useful signal that it’s time to review your plan.

  If your progress slows, your care team can look at your current dose, side effects, nutrition, activity, and other factors that may be affecting your results. Your provider can then recommend appropriate adjustments to help determine your next step.

• What if I have side effects?

  If you’re experiencing side effects such as nausea or digestive discomfort, you can message your care team for support.

  Your team can review what you’re experiencing and help determine whether changes to your routine or treatment plan may be appropriate. If needed, your provider can also review your dose and make adjustments based on your individual response.

• How quickly can I get started and receive my medication?

  The process is fully online. After you complete your intake, a licensed medical provider will review your information within 4 hours.
