Tyde Wellness is not a medical provider and does not provide medical services, diagnoses, or treatments. Instead, Tyde Wellness contracts with independent third-party Healthcare Providers who deliver all medical services, including prescribing medications and providing care. Any medical information shared through our platform is managed by these third-party providers in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable healthcare regulations.
By using the Website or any related services (the “Service”), you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.
2. HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices
This Privacy Policy does not apply to Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Any medical records, prescriptions, diagnoses, or treatment-related information are maintained by independent Healthcare Providers, not by Tyde Wellness.

California residents may have additional protections under the Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA). However, since Tyde Wellness is not a medical provider and does not store PHI, these protections apply only to the independent Healthcare Providers who deliver your medical services.

Tyde Wellness implements reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
