Tyde Circle Ambassador Terms & Conditions

1. PURPOSE AND ROLE

As a Tyde Wellness Circle Ambassador, you agree to:

  • Organically promote Tyde Wellness’s weight loss and wellness programs through personal recommendations, discussions in online communities, and word-of-mouth.

  • Serve as an independent contractor, not an employee or representative of Tyde Wellness.

  • Stay completely separate from Tyde Medical Center LLC or any provision of medical services.

 

2. AMBASSADOR RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Can Do:

  • Participate in online discussions in private groups (e.g., Facebook, Reddit, Discord).

  • Share your experience or answer questions using approved materials.

  • Post personal testimonials or success stories (if applicable).

  • Encourage brand awareness in your personal networks.

What You Cannot Do:

  • Make medical claims or guarantees.

  • Directly solicit in restricted groups.

  • Engage in misleading or aggressive promotion.

  • Talk about medications, prescriptions, or expected medical outcomes.

  • Run paid ads using the Tyde brand without written approval.

Note: You must follow all applicable laws and disclose your ambassador relationship when required (per FTC Guidelines).

 

3. COMPENSATION

Depending on your engagement level, you may receive:

  • A fixed monthly stipend for active participation.

  • Bonuses based on your impact.

  • Free product credit or discounts.

Payments, if applicable, are processed on the 15th of each month based on verified and approved activities. You understand not all referrals are trackable and some contributions may not receive payment. No commissions are paid for any medical services or prescriptions.

 

4. REPORTING

Ambassadors may be asked to submit monthly reports with:

  • A summary of online activity and discussions.

  • Screenshots or engagement details.

  • Referral estimates, if available.

The Company reviews all reports and approves compensation based on authenticity, impact, and alignment with our brand.

 

5. TERM & TERMINATION

You can leave the program at any time with 14 days’ notice. Tyde Wellness may also end your participation with 14 days’ notice or immediately for:

  • Breaking marketing or advertising rules.

  • Engaging in unethical or fraudulent conduct.

  • Failing to submit reports for two months in a row.

Final payments will be made only for verified, compliant activities completed before termination.

 

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

You agree to:

  • Keep confidential any private business information shared with you.

  • Not collect or store any customer medical or personal data.

 

7. LIABILITY

You agree to hold Tyde Wellness harmless for any issues or claims arising from your ambassador activities. The Company is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages.

 

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If needed, both parties will first try to resolve disputes through mediation. If that fails, any unresolved disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Massachusetts.

 

9. OTHER TERMS

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of Massachusetts.

  • Tyde Wellness may update these terms with 30 days’ notice.

  • This agreement is the entire understanding between you and Tyde Wellness.

 

10. AGREEMENT

By submitting the form and participating in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
